In the morning of May 11, the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov left for a two-day official visit to the Republic of Belarus. In Ashgabat International Airport the head of state was seen off by the officials.
In a few hours, the President's plane made a landing at the National Airport of the Minsk city, which is decorated with the national flags of two countries. In honor of the honorary Turkmen guest it was lined up the guard of honor on the both sides of the carpet runner laid from the plane to the VIP hall. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is met at the airport by officials, who are warmly welcomed the Turkmen leader on the Belarusian land.
Also, at the airport President of Turkmenistan was cordially greeted by many Turkmen students who are currently studying in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus. During the conversation, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov asked Turkmen students about their overall students’ live, specialty they learn, their living conditions. After all, the leader of nation wished success in their field of study.

Paying tribute to the cherished memory for the selfless heroes of Belarusian people, President of Turkmenistan under grand melody played by military orchestra laid flowers at the Monument.
