Kakayev reported on the preparation to the forthcoming ceremony of laying foundation stone of the factory for processing natural gas into synthetic liquid fuel in Ahal velayat, and on preparation to the VII International Gas Congress and timed to this event international exhibition to be held in the National tourist zone of “Avaza”.
As mentioned, participation of foreign delegates including representatives of government structures, international organizations, related ministries and branch departments, oil and gas companies from 37 countries is expected in the forum.
The agenda of the VII International Gas Congress will be covered the following subjects such as: expansion of mutually beneficial international cooperation in energy sector, diversification of export routes for Turkmen energy resources, construction of interstate gas pipelines, the initiatives of President of Turkmenistan in environment protection area, present state and perspectives of further development of world gas market. Within the framework of the forum, it is planned to have a round-table discussion on attraction of investments to the project of construction of TAPI gas pipeline.
Further, Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers B. Ereshov reported on situation in industrial sector for which he is in charge of, particularly the work for preparation of Turkmen carpet holiday to be held on the last Sunday of May.
According to Vice-Premier, during holiday events it is planned to hold International exhibition in the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and within it framework of the XVI Conference of World Association of Turkmen Handmade Carpet Connoisseurs.
It is planned to have the guests from 14 European and Asian countries aimed at attending holiday events in honor of Turkmen carpet. During the event, there was Awarding Ceremonies of the best merited workers in development of the national traditions of the handmade carpet weaving art.

Vice-Premier reported that it was planned to hold different exhibitions, meetings, music and song concerts, theatre performances dedicated to the upcoming celebration in cultural and educational institutions of the capital city and throughout the regions.
Reporting on preparation of Days of Culture in the Islamic Republic of Iran, Vice-Premier informed in order to hold creative campaign in Tehran it was gathered to send team of culture and art workers. The concert of arts masters, decorative and applied arts exhibition, Turkmenistan museum values exhibitions, meetings of the authors with their Iranian colleagues, demonstration of Turkmen movies is planned within its framework.

In this connection, it was reported that according to action plan within the framework of implementation of “State Programme of Development of Education System in Turkmenistan for 2012 – 2016”. Ministry of Education executed the work for development of methodological magazines “Preschool Education”, “Secondary School”, “Higher Education”.

Reporting on specific measures taken in this area, Vice-Premier, the head of Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with UN department for economic and social issues and International Union of automobile transport are prepared the project concept of the conference.
It was proposed to consider a wide spectrum of actual issues in the agenda of the conference including issues of sustainable transportation environmental changes, energy and transport, urban transport system and road and traffic communications between the cities and villages, investments to transportation sector and its financing, international cooperation in the transport sphere and its legal basis, development of multilateral transport corridors and its infrastructures, traffic safety. As a result of the forum, it is planned to develop and adopt the final document.
Chairwoman of Mejlis of Turkmenistan A. Nurberdyyeva informed on activity of the parliament for the further improvement of national legislation developed in accordance with the conventional standards of international law.
As mentioned, the Committees of Mejlis within the course of its activities review the incoming proposals on introduction of addenda and amendments into new edition of Constitution of Turkmenistan. The Head of the Parliament also informed that the work on preparation of proposals for administrative- territorial divisions of Balkan and other regions (velayats) of the country is currently in progress.
The Head of the State underlined the exceptionally importance of the work executed to consolidate the legal and regulatory basis of the country, improved with the account of current paramount tasks of social and economic development of our country, as well as conventional norms and standards of international law-enforcement practice.
