“World of Turkmen fairy tales” city recreation center and “Ashgabat" Leisure Park are the central place of holding the events.
In festivities it was invited students of specialized training, educational and sports institutions - children with disabilities, single-parent and low-income families. To entertain children, the kids were provided entertainment rides, carousel. Laughter and joy ruled the playgrounds - kids had fun at the glory!
By tradition, after the entertainment program, participants were offered by desserts and gifts.
Having commented the current campaign, Director of Children’s Fund under the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly Urazsahatova Ailar said:
-It has been almost thirty years since the establishment of the Fund; under the auspices of the Fund it is held a variety of events for target audiences. Children's Fund is a charity-based organization aimed at taking care of children with disabilities and those kids left without parental care, the kids from orphanages.
The effectiveness of our work is greatly facilitated thanks to the sponsors - we are surrounded by heartfelt, sympathetic people who cannot remain indifferent to the problems of other people.
It is successfully implemented a variety of events, as well as a number of social and educational programs, which are working under the auspices of the Fund. Primarily, this is a program "Emergency social aid". If necessary, we provide a one-time financial assistance to those who have requested the Fund for support.
Another program is “Young Talents". We are the organizers of children's events and creative сontests who honor gifted children with special grants.
The goal of the program "Family Orphanage" is the creation and support of orphanages. The program "Children's Library" resolves the issues of harmonious, spiritual, moral and patriotic bring –up of young generation. Our efforts are aimed at updating and replenishment of Fund with new books, fiction, popular science and educational literature for different focus group aimed at primarily for school libraries in rural areas.
