The new law is aimed at full implementation of the vast creative, industrial, scientific, technical, educational, informational, educational potential of the national cinematography. In particular, it regulates legal, organizational, economic and social bases of activity in the field of cinematography, it regulates public relations arising in the process of production, public display, distribution and storage of movies, determines the main directions of activity of the State to preserve, promote and support this kind of art.
Having discussed law in draft "On Protection of Plants", participants noted that its significance was due to the intensive development of the crop in the country.
The draft law "On the bodies of Justice of Turkmenistan" was submitted for consideration to Mejlis. It defines the legal and organizational frameworks, principles, tasks, rights and obligations of judicial bodies of Turkmenistan, and also establishes guarantees of legal and social protection of its employees. In terms of the main tasks, entrusted to the bodies of Justice, it aims to protect rights, freedoms and legal interests of a person and a citizen, society and the state, and legal support of state acts.
The parliamentarians were presented the draft laws of Turkmenistan "On Internal Forces of Turkmenistan" and "On state awards of Turkmenistan" in the new edition, as well as the bill "On the establishment of the jubilee medal of Turkmenistan «the 25th years of Independence of Turkmenistan». On the occasion of the significant date, which is the 25th anniversary of sacred independence of the Fatherland, a prestigious award will be awarded to citizens who have made a significant personal contribution to socio-economic, cultural and spiritual development of the Turkmen state.
