Mohammad Aseaf Rahimot on behalf of population of the Afghan province of Herat and on himself personally expressed the Turkmen leader sincere appreciation for the maternity hospital built in village Turgundi and expressed gratitude to President of Turkmenistan for his attention showed to Afghan people and rendered humanitarian assistance.

The letter is addressed to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov for wishing the best health and success, and confidence that rendered humanitarian assistance contributes to strengthening of ancestral good-neighborly relations between Turkmenistan and Afghanistan.
