The Head of the State gave range of instructions to the vice-premier for realization of large investment projects of fuel and energy complex, active implementation of modern technologies and innovative developments, consolidation of productive business contacts with all interested parties.
Further, Deputy Chairman of cabinet of Ministers R. Bazarov reported on the course of agricultural works including the crop harvest in the regions. The vice-premier informed that the grain is being continuously delivered to reception facilities and payments to grain growers are being settled on time. Along with mowing, the straw picking, land ploughing, sowing of intermediate crops and cotton crop care are carried out.
President of Turkmenistan demanded to undertake appropriate measures for timely completion of crop harvest period without any losses. It is necessary to hold under permanent control the quality of agro technical measures for the cotton crops care.
Having highlighted the importance of comprehensive development of crop sector, increase of vegetable and cucurbitaceous production including by the creation of modern hothouse farms in the regions, the Head of the State addressed the vice-premier with range of related orders.

Ereshov reporting on the situation in the structures under his supervision informed on the works for establishing of trade houses in Oryol and Ivanovo of Russian Federation by the Ministry of textile industry. The vice-premier informed that work for placement of Turkmen textile on Russian market is carried out.
In particular, the proposal of the representatives of textile centre of wholesale and retail trade “RIO-Ivanovo” who took part in annual International exhibition “Textile industry on innovation way of development in the Age of Might and Happiness” was uttered. By results of business meetings, Russian partners expressed their intension to make direct trade relations for sale of Turkmen textile on Russian market, including opening of number of shops and warehouses in Ivanovo and specialized shop in Oryol.
After listening to the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that textile industry is one of the leading sectors of national economy, which production output allows manufacturing of quality goods in large volume and variety. Summing up the report, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized again the great importance of comprehensive development of the main city of the country as well as necessity to hold under permanent control all subjects related to construction and re-building of different purpose facilities, first of all housing and social ones.

The Head of the State requested to study foreign experience in this field and to consider the opportunity of application of the most efficient practices of other countries in increase of export potential of national economy and new markets development.

Mammedova reported on the programme of events of Cultural Week in Mary velayat, celebrations Day of cultural and art workers annually observed on June 27 by the initiative of the Head of the State. Draft Resolution for Cultural Week in Ashgabat in 2017 was presented for review by the Head of the State.
Having ordered to provide high organizational level of all events of Cultural Week in Mary velayat, the Head of the State highlighted that by its essence these events address current and future generations – successors of rich cultural and historical heritage of Turkmen people.

The proposal for increase of number of regular cargo flights of largest European air company «Cargolux Airlines International S.A.» to our country was submitted for consideration of the Leader of the Nation during report. According to appropriate agreement on air service between Turkmenistan and Luxemburg, from June 2015, air company «Cargolux» makes 8 flights per week from Luxemburg to Turkmenbashy.
Having emphasized the importance of further development of this sphere and its integration in united informational space, improvement of potential of the branch, its establishment as international hub for provision of huge information streams in North-South and East-West directions, the Leader of the Nation requested the vice-premier to study in details the subject for provision of services by Turkmen satellite to large world operators.

As it is known, the Head of the State took part as honoured guest in the previous summits of SCO in 2007, 2010, 2012 and 2014. Current regular session of the Council of the Heads of the States of Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held in the capital of Uzbekistan – Tashkent. Its agenda will include the priority aspects of SCO activity as well as actual subjects of regional and international character.
It is expected that the Head of the State will have range of bilateral meetings during the summit of SCO.
