At the workshop on building the potential of the fuel and energy complex held on Tuesday, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the diversification and digitalization of production form the basis of the strategy for building the potential of the domestic fuel and energy complex, which plays the main role in the harmonious development of the national economy.
These main trends in the development of the fuel and energy complex are demonstrated, first of all, by the flagship of the industry - the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), whose products are invariably in high demand in the domestic and foreign markets. As part of the diversification of production, a wide range of hydrocarbon processing products produced at the enterprise - aviation and lighting kerosene, polypropylene, heating oil, petroleum coke, bitumen, etc. has recently been replenished with a new environmentally friendly gasoline brand A-98, which fully meets the quality requirements of EURO-6 standards.
As for digitalization, digitalization departments at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries, as well as in the state concerns "Turkmengas", "Turkmenneft" and the state corporation "Turkmengeology" were established in 2021. The management of the Turkmenbashi complex plans to introduce a fully automated digital database. For these purposes, an international tender has been announced. The contractor who won the tender will have to develop a tender proposal for the design and implementation of a full range of works to create and introduce a new digital system into the work of the TCOR.
The implementation of the new project will ensure the operation of a unified document management system between all departments of the TCOR, increase the efficiency of working with documents, enhance the protection of information data without compromising efficiency, reduce the cost of document management and office work, reduce the time it takes to search for and pass documents through structural divisions, ensure monitoring of the working process according to documents and projects of the enterprise.
