The agenda of the session included situation in agricultural complex as well as range of other important subjects of state life including social and economic development of the region.
Turning over to the agenda of the session, the President of Turkmenistan has listened to the report of Hyakim of Ahal velayat E. Orazgeldiev who informed about the situation in the region, in particular on the rates of crop harvest, outcomes of the works performed under the relaization of National village programmes and preparation for holiday events widely observed in the country.
Focusing attention on the situation in agricultural complex of the velayat, the Head of the State commissioned to provide high organizational level of all works on agricultural lands as well as on timely completion of crop harvest season.
To continue the subject, having mentioned that low rates of the mowing are observed in the whole region, especially in Ak-bugdai, Serakhs, Altyn Asyr, Baharly, Tejen and Kaahka etraps, the Leader of The Nation expressed discontent with work of the hyakim and requested to analyse the situation and undertake appropriate measures for increase of rates of mowing.
The Head of the State also gave range of concrete instructions for strict compliance to fire safety regulations and appropriate measure for prevention of fire on the territory of the velayat.
Further, Hyakim of Balkan velayat D. Durdyliyev reported on the situation in western region of the country, agro technical measures performed under organized mowing, generous harvest of vegetables and cucurbitaceous cultures as well as on fulfilment of the assignements given earlier by the President of Turkmenistan.
Speaking about the mowing in some of etraps of the velayat, especially in Etrek, Magtumguly and Esenguly, the Head of the State stated low rates of harvest and, having expressed dissatisfaction with work of the hyakim, requested to deal with relative challenges with all responsibility.
The Head of the State also indicated the importance of proper preparation of all organizations and departments of the velayat for national holidays, which have to be held solemnly on high organizational level everywhere.

Gurbannazarov who informed about the status of activities in the region, realization of National programme for village transformation, large-scale agro technical activities on agricultural fields, as well as on the measures undertaken for organized crop harvest.
