In accordance with the project, 6 four-stored residential luxury homes each consisted of 92 three-room apartments each of it with areas of 88 square meters and 92 four-room flats area by 107 square meters. On a landscaped area adjacent to residential buildings are shops, children's playgrounds, rooms for relaxation, and it will soon be equipped places for social events of residents.
The treatment complex consists of three of four-story buildings located the building of pathological anatomy, medical and infectious departments, administrative offices, modern laboratories, commercial blocks and other objects. According to the relevant Decree of the design and construction of the facilities was carried out by the Consortium of Companies - «Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding Co., Ltd» (Japan) and «Rönesans Türkmen Inşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.» (Turkey) with participation of local construction companies.
Inspection of the complex by the head of the state began with his visit to the center of the production of sulfuric acid control management. Here, the leader of the nation was warmly welcomed by the operator, who familiarized with the work of the computer center and the operator’s compartment. The head of the state was shown a video film screening visual representation of control procedures of all links of the technological process and control.
Turkmenabat chemical plant is one of the leading industrial enterprises and the only producer of phosphate fertilizers in the country. In 2015, the farmers’ field of the country was supplied by more than 273 thousand tons of granulated superphosphate ammonium. Due to the reconstruction and technological renewal of production facilities, the company is successfully progressing, at the same time generating other kinds of chemical products. It employs about one and a half thousand people.
New factory complex includes administrative building, production workshop, department of chemical water treatment, 4 storage tank each is for 5 thousand tons of finished sulfuric acid, raw materials warehouse for up to 20 thousand tons of lump sulfur, 2 warehouses for storage each for 3 thousand tons of processed and unprocessed liquid sulfur. Also it is laid a broad network of civil engineering communication; technological center of loading of finished products to customers equipped with a one-time service of five tanks.
All properties are located compactly and interconnected by a single technological chain of production, equipped with advanced equipment and technology from leading specialized companies from Japan, Germany, Turkey and China.
Technological process of companies fully automated and performed in compliance with all ecological safety and environmental protection standards. Having equipped with precise instruments, equipment and computers, the laboratory provides thorough control and quality analysis of incoming raw materials.
The prospects and profitability of new production are caused by the fact that it is an important and necessary component in the production of mineral phosphate fertilizers. The design capacity enables not only to fully meet the domestic demand for high-quality sulfuric acid, but also to export a significant portion of production. This chemical is also used in production of other acids and salts, medicaments and detergents, dyes, synthetic fibers. Sulfuric acid is used in metallurgy for decomposing ores in petroleum purification technology.
It is significantly increased the need for sulfuric acid in the coming years and for the Turkmenabat chemical plant itself. In accordance with the industry development plans aimed at constructing a new complex for production of high quality concentrated phosphate fertilizer with the capacity of 300 thousand tons per year.

As informed, the new building is located on a wide area of a complex of modern technological facilities. The major amongst it is the gas turbines installation from the world famous multi-industry giant «General Electric» (USA).
In addition to the power plants and its administrative building of power station placed the main hydroelectric power station control room and offices of administrative staff, a constructed gas distribution station, a heating corps with 2 transformer, distribution station of 220 KW and 110 KW, a hostel for energy, a fire station, a warehouse and other facilities.
The power plant is fully computerized to ensure the effective control of the entire technological process with the station control center - dispatching point. In particular, supply of natural gas to the gas turbine operated by means of an automatic gas distribution system provided the optimal levels of pressure and temperature, which ensures a continuous operation process of work and durability of electrical power station which meet the highest environmental standards.
