President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed deep condolences to President of Republic of Italy Sergio Mattarella and Prime Minister of Republic of Italy Matteo Renzi on occasion of railroad accident in Puglia resulted in numerous human casualties and injuries.
