The head of the state with this Decree has declared:

1. Having changed the organizational and legal form of the International Turkmen-Turkish University to establish the University of Engineering Technologies of Turkmenistan named after Oguz Khan.

2. To transfer the University of Engineering Technologies of Turkmenistan named after Oguz Khan to be under the authority of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.

3. To consider the University of Engineering Technology of Turkmenistan named after Oguz Khan the legal representative of the transformed International Turkmen-Turkish University.
