With a view to the orderly conduct the Turkmen Elders' Council in Ashgabat in September 14, 2016, President of Turkmenistan signed a decree instructing the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan to take in the established volumes gift sets from the relevant ministries and departments and prepare gifts for the participants of the Elders' Council of Turkmenistan.
The document also instructed Ministry of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Railways of Turkmenistan and State National Service "Turkmenhowayollary" to provide transportations for the participants Elders' Council of Turkmenistan to and from the city of Ashgabat.
