Activists of the Agrarian Party noted the special importance of the state support ensured large investments aimed at technical re-equipment and modernization of the entire production agricultural infrastructure, the development of chemical industry which provides villagers with chemical fertilizers.
In the framework of President of Turkmenistan’s “Program of socio-economic development for 2012-2016 years” and “the State Program for import-substituting production in Turkmenistan” and “the State Program for increasing exports of Turkmenistan-made products” the main emphasis was focused on construction of flour milling and livestock breeding farms, greenhouses, plants for the production of bread, pasta, meat and dairy products, various kinds of vegetable oil, cheese, sausage.
Today, the country has accumulated vast experience in the implementation of modern water-saving technologies in irrigated agriculture, construction and operation of hydraulic structures. The successful implementation of large-scale water projects contribute to the effective development of the agricultural sector, production capacity of grain, cotton and other agricultural products.
The Agrarian Party is actively involved in the large-scale and multi-faceted, expressing the interests of the villagers. As highlighted at the Congress, the Agrarian Party seeks to recruit the person who is the most successful and indifferent to the fate of the village farmers, a professional, known what it likes to take to work in the farms’ field, the effective manager of the agricultural enterprise. It is these people becoming the most active participants of the young political movement, the delegates of this Congress.
In the framework of the government programs oriented to steady improvement of living standards in rural areas, special attention was paid to the modernization of agrarian and industrial complex infrastructure, the introduction to the industry of advanced technologies and the most cost-effective forms of management. As noted, today, at the Congress, a significant contribution to the realization of these tasks was designed to make contribution by the members and the Agrarian Party of Turkmenistan.
