There are 25 cottages with total amount of 412 beds (138 rooms) .The project is implemented by the order of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan for economic, financial and banking complex of Turkish company- a contractor of jointly with Turkmen builders. Participation in the opening of the new facility was attended by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
The complex consists of three types of two-storey buildings, seven villas with 12 seats, eight of the 16-bed cottages and ten for 20 people. There are 2-bed and family rooms - for 6-8 persons. There VIP-rooms. They decorate the first line of buildings at the seaside. Mini-hotel surrounded by greenery and exotic ornamental ponds, gazebos, fountains and other objects of small architectural forms. Along the alleys it is installed decorative lamps, benches, drinking fountains.
Leisure infrastructure represents yacht club and training center, kids club, children's and sports playgrounds, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a pond with artificially created waves, and a man-made lake with a "floating" gazebo of summer cafe and green islands, restaurants and other facilities.
The coastal area is installed with piers and is protected against the waves with the road passing on. On the shore it is located boats service centers and small vessels, watercraft rental centers equipped for windsurfing and others. Electric cars smoothly move on the territory of the town.
Yacht Club building has all the opportunities for business and social gatherings, representative meetings and talks. Banquet hall on the ground floor is designed for 124 seats. Leisure unit is represented by bowling, billiards, slot machines halls. There is a gym, a bar with a dance floor, to the highest standards, equipped with specialized spa salon.
