Cottage town is located in the area of 4.48 hectares. Here it was built 50 standards cottages of lightweight construction; each covers an area of 163.2 square meters and is designed for four families. In addition, it is built in the area of the complex 4 houses with its territory of 360 square meters; each is designed for two families to rest. It is also constructed building for administrative and technical purposes.
Cottage complex «Akýelken» is for 700 people is built close to the sea. It features its own individual style of decoration and design, harmoniously combining the national colors with modern architecture. One of the advantages of leisure in «Akýelken» is reasonable prices.
It is beautified and landscaped the surrounding area with restaurant, swimming pool, and parking. The complex is equipped with modern life-support system. There is plant for electricity generation from wind and sun. The total area of buildings and facilities is 10 thousand 800 square meters.
