President flew over the new buildings of «Avaza» national tourist zone

Today, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who is now on vacation in the national tourist zone "Avaza", flew by helicopter to observe the new buildings and other areas of seaside to be perspective for expansion of opportunities of the seaside resort.

Over the past few years, luxury hotels of the world standards, children's health centers, cottage villages were built on the coastal area. Each of them is an original architectural structure and distinguished by design solution, harmoniously combining modern trends and national traditions. It is actively growing leisure of both cultural and entertainment and business centers, sports therapeutic-health complexes.

Having reviewed the schemes of the future location of new buildings linked with the General Plan of the development of the national tourist zone "Avaza", including hotels, treatment and prevention centers and cottage complexes, President informed Vice-Premiers S.Satlykova and B. Atdaeva about the importance of the use of most advanced development and modern engineering solutions in formation appropriate tourism, resorts, transport - communications and technical infrastructures.

To implement planned activities it should be used the potential of the rapidly developing private sector of the national economy; President continued pointing out to the good prospects of expansion of the resort zone in the north-west areas.

The head of state emphasizes that among the priority tasks is formation of new green zones with the healing sea climate help create the most favorable conditions for recreation and health promotion.

The Caspian Sea has a variety of ecosystems and rich in natural resources, the relict flora and fauna; it is found the world's largest herd of sturgeon. Under the influence of cyclic salinity and desalination which led to the enrichment of its freshwater species where sea flora changes. Today, in the Caspian Sea, there are growing over 500 species of plants and living over 850 species of animals. These facts testify the environmental cleanliness of the Caspian Sea.

Having stressed that every constructed facility must comply with the most stringent environmental and safety standards naturally fit into the existing over many millions of year’s natural system, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gives in this regard specific instructions to Vice Premiers.
