According to the working plan of the Central Council of Youth Organization, training for personnel of velayat, etrap and city committees of the organization has been conducted. During four days, eighty people studied the work with personnel and documents, coordination with primary and higher organizations. Organizational workers systematize knowledge of spiritual, moral and physical education of the youth, familiarization with healthy life style, science study and development of creative aptitudes.

“The main purpose of the training is formation of initiative, creative thinking generation of leaders of youth organizations, - Suleiman Durdiyev, Deputy Chairman of Central Council of Turkmenistan Youth Organization named after Magtumguly says. – It is demanded by the realities of today and large-scale tasks defined in the speech of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during Youth Conference of Turkmenistan held in April of the current year”.

During the training, the participants received consultancy assistance and discussed with colleagues the subjects of personal carrier growth, active participation in the state life, youth diplomacy as important tool of humanitarian cooperation. Gained knowledge will promote the activity of site departments of youth organization, orientation of undertaken work and coordinated cooperation with representative government bodies.

Besides the lessons, football and volleyball competitions as well as creative contest for the best performance of music and dance numbers have been held during the training. First place and the Football Cup was taken by the team of the Central Apparatus of Youth Organization, personnel of youth organizations of Dashoguz velayat won volleyball competition. Prizes of creative contest were shared between the teams from Mary and Lebap velayats.
