First to be called the President of Turkmenistan by direct video call was Hyakim of Ahal velayat E. Orazgeldiyev, who reported about actual measures undertaken for development of agricultural sphere, course of conduct of important agricultural campaigns, which are carried out on high level in accordance with agro technical standards. It was informed that sowing season was started on August 17. Paces of this important campaign are being increased every day.
The Hyakim informed that 209 thousands hectares of the fields are planned to be sowed with wheat for 2017 harvest. 493 seeding machines are used in the sowing.
Besides, the hyakim also reported on construction of important facilities planned for opening on occasion of coming 25th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan.
The hyakim also informed on preparation for construction of large social and cultural facility “White Yurta” for conduct of public events during Novruz celebrations and others.
Along with increase of paces of wheat sowing and care for cotton crops in accordance with strict adherence with agricultural technique and work schedule, the Head of the State commissioned the hyakim to prepare thoroughly for cotton harvest. Having dwelt on development of livestock farming subject, the Leader of the Nation highlighted the necessity of all measures for provision of warm and substantial hibernation of the livestock.

Who reported that sowing of winter crops is carried out at high pace and agricultural machinery is actively involved in this process. Crop growers of Dashoguz plan to sow 157 thousand hectares of wheat crops.
140 thousands hectares of land are allocated for cotton in the velayat. The work for readiness of 105 cotton harvest combines, preparation of tractors and trailers, 44 cotton receiving facilities and 1505 stockpile plots is continued for organized harvest period.

Rice was sowed at 8100 hectares for the harvest of 2016 and 34200 ton of product is planned to be harvested.

It was mentioned that it is planned to sow 157 thousand hectares for the wheat and 350 thousand tons of grains to be harvested in 2017.
Further, the head of administration informed that 120 thousand hectares of fields, which are expected to give 300 thousand tons of raw cotton, were allocated for cotton harvest of 2016. 70 percent of cotton harvest combines among total number of 102, which will be used in the mowing, are prepared. 1694 tractors and trailers, planned for transportation of raw cotton to reception facilities, are also prepared. All 46 existing reception facilities are ready for campaign.

165 thousand hectares of fields allocated for cotton crops, where 313 thousand tons of harvest is planned to be received. Restoration works are completed at 38 cotton receiving facilities, which belongs to velayat agricultural association.

The Head of the State mentioned it is sad that even with such conditions, the athletes was not able to deserve the trust of the motherland and make all efforts to improve sport authority of Turkmenistan.
The Head of the State gave serious reprimand to Chairman of State Sport Committee K. Seyidov for improper performance of his service duties and shortfalls in preparation of the athletes of the country to international competitions, with last warning that in case of non-reclaiming of the committed shortcomings, he would be released from his position.
The leader of the Nation also expressed his dissatisfaction to Vice-premier S. Toyliev of the work, carried out in this direction.
