Architectural marvel is decorated with portholes and four entrance portal: one on the side of the building facades, at the stern and bow of part of the building, a "vessel."

Construction area of more than 283 thousand square meters is built a semi-circle in the radial configuration, dividing the building site into five equal sectors.
