President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov sent deep condolences to the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev in connection with the fire happened in Moscow city of the Russian Federation, which entailed numerous human losses of the Kyrgyz citizens.
