President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular session of the Cabinet of Ministers where range of important issues related to realization of state programmes were reviewed and drafts of certain documents were discussed.
Having announced the agenda, the Leader of the Nation gave floor for report to Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers B. Hojamammedov, who informed on preparation for the fourth session of joint Turkmen – Tatar Working Group for trade and economic, scientific, technical and cultural cooperation. The Vice-premier informed that the meeting would be held in Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation, where number of issues for further accumulation of fruitful contacts, built on long-term basis, are planned to be discussed.
Summing up the report, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov highlighted that bilateral relations, which are being successfully developed under interstate dialog with Russian Federation, are the sample of efficient partnership, resting upon considerable experience of cooperation as well as upon historically formed relations, cultural and spiritual community of Turkmen and Tatar peoples. The Leader of the Nation said that recently, special attention is paid to realization of impressive versatile potential of cooperation between Turkmenistan and Republic of Tatarstan, what meets mutual interests.
Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Minister reported on status of activities in different sectors of fuel and energy complex.
Having listened to the report, the Head of the State stressed the attention on key aspects of implementation of energy strategy of our country, aimed at intensive development and modernization of domestic oil and gas branch based on implementation of advanced innovative technologies, expansion of industrial infrastructure fuel and energy complex, optimal realization of colossal hydrocarbon potential of the State, further activation of mutually beneficial cooperation with all interested foreign partners. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of thoroughly thought and complex approach to the assignments set in this sphere and addressed the Vice-premier number of appropriate instructions.
After, Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers R. Bazarov reported on seasonal agricultural works undergoing in the country. It was mentioned that mowing of winter crops is continued in all velayats of the country with full compliance to agrotechnical standards. Along with this, cotton harvest is speeding up in Ahal, Lebap and Mary velayats.
Summarizing the report, the President of the country noted the importance of further dynamic consolidation of positions of private producer in domestic agricultural complex what leads to filling of local market with native agricultural production, which is the priority of state policy. The Leader of the nation said that the Government would continue to pay utmist attention to this sector of national economy.
Having requested to provide comprehensive complex of measures for timely and quality cotton harvest and mowing of winter crops, the Head of State gave number of specific orders on this account to the Vice-premier.

Exhibitors will demonstrate best achievements of their companies, which would have opportunities to be implemented in specific contracts and projects.
The Vice-premier also reported about completed work and measures undertaken for implementation of the concept of development of the capital. It was informed that currently, works for beautification, construction of new and reconstruction of existing buildings including accommodation buildings, modernization of transport and engineering and technical infrastructure, parks and public areas are carried out. For successful fulfilment of assignments in this direction, joint activity with the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country as well as with relative structures of ministries and branch departments is ongoing.
Touching on the subjects of beautification of the Turkmen capital, the Head of the State stressed the attention on quality of construction and decoration of highways, detours, flyover bridges, underground and overhead passages and bus stops, which have to meet international standards by all parameters. Projects developed in this sphere have to be oriented at advanced engineering achievements and creation of maximum comfort conditions for people are the main requirements, - the Leader of the Nation said, having requested to continue realization of efficient systematic measures for provision of cleanness, sanitary and ecological standards.

In this context, the project of video demonstrating the scale of reforms for 25 years of sovereign development of Turkmenistan in different segments of economy such as in fuel and energy complex, chemical and textile production, transport and communications, agriculture, entrepreneurship, construction as well as in social sphere like culture, science, education, tourism, public health and sport, was made. Topics for popularization of National tourist zone “Avaza” and V Asian Indoor and martial Arts Games are planned to be included in the video.
Speaking on new project of Executive Committee of the CIS, the organization of virtual exhibition, the Leader of the Nation mentioned that participation of our country gives opportunity to demonstrate through the web the potential of Turkmenistan, achievements of our motherland in all spheres of state and public life and gave recommendations and instructions to the Vice-premier on this account.

Mamedova reported on preparation for opening ceremony of number of social and cultural facilities time to 25th anniversary of country independence and organization of celebration events. Programme of cultural events will include public theatre performances, art and book exhibitions, creative and scientific forums, concerts and other.

After, the Vice-premier informed about the programme of the month’s campaign “Traffic safety is a peace in our life”, which will be held on September 1 – 30. In this relation, representatives of ministries of education, internal affairs, public health and medical industry and other departments as well as non-government and international organizations developed according plan of events.
