Speaking of the importance of high organizational level of preparation to the Council of the Elders and 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan, the Head of the State mentioned that programme of anniversary events has to be thought over in details, paying special attention to celebration decoration of Ashgabat which have to meet glorious date with all its beauty.
Having expressed the interest in preparation to coming winter season, the Leader of the Nation instructed to hold under strict control timely solution of the issues related with uninterrupted operation of heating systems of social facilities including schools, kindergartens and accommodation buildings.

In particular, it was informed on course of the sowing of winter crops and preparation for the cotton harvest, which starts on September 7 in the region. Having mentioned that future grain harvest directly depends on timely sowing of the wheat, the Head of the State requested the hyakim to undertake active measures for increase of rates of the sowing campaign as well as to mobilize all resources to provide high organizational levelof the cotton harvesting and fulfilment by agricultural producers of undertaken obligations.

Charliyev who informed on works in the region including for development of economic and social infrastructure and accounted in details on course of seasonal agricultural campaign.
