The agenda of the all-national forum is the discussion of priority targets of further development of the country. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will make policy speech.

It is expected that the deputies of the National Parliament participating in the session would review the Draft of the Constitution of Turkmenistan for its approval.

The session of the Council of the Elders will gather delegates from al Turkmenistan. There are members of the Government, leaders of the Mejlis, ministries and departments, military and law enforcement agencies, hyakims of the velayats, deputies of National Parliament, workers of different branches, science and art and youth.

The Elders, respected by the people and female representatives of the elder generation will become honoured members of the forum. Ambassadors of the foreign countries as well as heads of the diplomatic missions accredited in Turkmenistan, representatives of foreign business circles, domestic and international mass media are also invited.

The Council of the Elders is one of the institutions of Turkmen society, which traditions go down to the history. Turkmen people always paid special respect to white headed elders, trusting their rich life experience. In our days, this true democratic position occupied deserving place on social and political life of the country.
