The ceremonies are held all at once in twelve sites with the participation of management of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan and members of the government, civil society representatives and other delegates to the Council of Elders with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

This solemn event is traditionally held on the eve of Independence Day of Turkmenistan, again highlighted the social priorities of the state policy aimed at creating the best conditions for work, living and recreation for all citizens, encouraging their initiatives and encourage for accountable and energetic performance of their duties, loyalty to their profession.
These days, the country marks the event honoring workers who have contributed in their professions in such fields as: state constructions, diplomacy, economy, science, culture and education, to strengthen the rule of law, the public health protection, the sport development, etc., in a word -the remarkable professionals, creative, social successes marked by public recognition.
