By the Decree, the Head of the State enacted:
1. To discharge to reserve military personnel under their duties of conscription and served the period stated by the Law in October – December 2016 from the Armed and other Forces of Turkmenistan.
To conscript male citizens of Turkmenistan, who reached 18 years old, having no deferral from recruitment, and elder citizens, who lost their rights for deferral from recruitment to military service.
Decree entered into force from the date of publishing.

President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed the Resolution, according to which The Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan, the Head of the State Border Guard Service of Turkmenistan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Minister of National Security of Turkmenistan, the Head of the Security Service of the president of Turkmenistan, the Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan are assigned to discharge military staff served the stated period and to encourage the best personnel of military and social and humanitarian training according to discharge plans.
