President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular video conference working session with participation of the hyakim of the velayats and Ashgabat where issues of social and economic development of the regions, execution of seasonal agricultural works as well as preparation to the 25th anniversary of the Independence of Turkmenistan were discussed.

Orazgeldiyev, the Hyakim of Ahal velayat was the first to be called during the session and reported on current activities in the region, measures undertaken for increase of powers of agricultural complex as well as sowing of winter crops on the fields of the region and cotton harvest. Information about different facilities, which are being built in the velayat and planned to be put into exploitation by the 25th anniversary of the Independence of the Motherland, on programme of preparation to the holiday were also given.
The Leader of the Nation, having pointed on low rate of sowing of winter crops, requested the head of administration to provide high organizational level of undertaken agricultural campaigns.
Having dwelt at priority directions of social and economic development of the velayat, the president of Turkmenistan requested to think over in details all relative issues for provision of timely putting into exploitation of the planned objects.
After, Hyakim of Balkan velayat D. Durdiyev reported on the situation in the region including undergoing agricultural works, indicators of sowing of winter crops. The Head of administration also informed on course of construction works of facilities planned to be put into operation. Having listened to the report and pointed the attention of the hyakim on the necessity of increase of rates of sowing of wheat, the Head of the State requested to undertake appropriate measures, using more efficiently existing facilities and equipment means of the agricultural complex.

Having mentioned the necessity of coordinated work of all related structures for efficient use of existing potential of agricultural branch, the Leader of the Nation requested to increase the rate of wheat sowing and cotton harvest. The President of Turkmenistan ordered to hold under strict control the establishment of necessary conditions for highly productive work of the farmers.
The Leader of the Nation also mentioned non-admittance of decreasing the rates of construction of facilities in the velayat and gave orders to the hyakim for undertaking of necessary organizational measures for comprehensive preparation to the 25th anniversary of the Independence.

Abilov, the Hyakim of Ashgabat, who reported on the situation in the caital, measures undertaken for its beautification as well as for preparation to the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Motherland, was listened. Besides, number of projects for design of living houses, which are being built in accordance with plan for development of Ashgabat, was presented for review by the president of Turkmenistan.
Having reviewed the projects, the Head of the State gave some suggestions and made some corrections.
The Head of the State emphasized that utmost attention is paid to improvement of social and living conditions of the citizens in our country. Further improvement of quality of life and wellbeing of people is one of the main targets. Rates of construction and reconstruction of the avenues, provision of traffic safety, erection of bridges are increased in the capital. Besides, construction of accommodation apartments with all amenities for comfort life is continued. Putting of such objects into exploitation timed to holidays and momentous dates of national calendar became a good tradition.
In this context, the Leader of the Nation stressed the attention on timely and quality completion of all works especially taking into account the forthcoming holiday of the Independence, having given number of instructions to the hyakim.
