The target of Turkmen journalists is a maximum use of opportunities created by “Asian Games – 2017” project for promotion of information about our country on all channels, consolidation of authority of Turkmenistan in the world arena.
This was spoken during International Sport media Forum opened in Ashgabat and gathered 82 delegates from 29 countries.
It was mentioned the organizers of the Games plan to demonstrate the beauty and diversity of the country, hospitality of its people and transparency to the world, readiness for cooperation and interrelations in all spheres.
Ashgabat Games will not only glorify Turkmenistan and open the country in internet space but also give strong impulse to development of tourism, integration of Turkmenistan in the world sport movement.
It was highlighted that the importance of forthcoming Asian Games in Ashgabat has to be considered in the context of internal and foreign policy of the President of Turkmenistan in order to maximize the effect of their influence and heritage not only on domestic sport sphere but also on all fields of the state and society life, from the complex of social and economic branches until realization of peace-making strategy of Turkmenistan in regional and global scale.
