President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov issued the Resolution authorizing the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan on behalf of the Government of Turkmenistan - the borrower –in order to finance the construction of gas pipeline "Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India" within the territory of Turkmenistan to conclude with the Islamic Development Bank the respective Agreement.
