President of Turkmenistan signed a decree ordering to ensure fulfillment of local construction companies at least 80 percent of the work (excluding the cost of materials and equipment), in accordance with the contracts concluded by the state agencies and enterprises with foreign legal entities for the construction in the territory of Turkmenistan buildings and facilities (except for special important industrial buildings and objects) and their reconstruction.
