Above the approved Decree of the President of Turkmenistan №7501 from July 15, 2016, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree allowing the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan to accept the following students to high and professional institutions of Turkmenistan in 2016:

30 citizens of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to free one-year language courses of Seiyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Educational Institute

citizens of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, who completed one-year courses language courses, to free education in Turkmenistan universities including as follows:

students to the International Oil and Gas University,

5 students to the Turkmen Agricultural Institute,

10 students to Turkmenistan State Energy Institute,

1 student to Seiyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Educational Institute
