I wish you great success in creative activity, - stated in the message of the head of the state.- Neutral Turkmenistan welcomes the 25th anniversary of the independence of high achievements and weighty labor victories.

Along with other spheres there are great successes achieved in the field of culture. Today our talented singers and musicians are making a worthy contribution to the enrichment of the national art with new contemporary works. The TV contest «Ýaňlan, Diýarym!» is called to play an important role in the creative development of young artists.

In the world view and culture of Turkmens significant place is given to musical songs creative works, through which our ancestors brought-up the younger generation in the spirit of love to the Motherland, taught the youth the concepts of solidarity, generosity, and humanism. The songs and melodies of our outstanding Bakhshi and musicians are a kind of school of patriotism, reflecting the high spirit of Turkmens.

Cultural events held during the year, have become a strong indication of the profound reverence to original heritage of the Turkmen people. We will continue to pursue successfully implemented measures to study and promote the centuries-old history, the cultural heritage and creative work of coryphaeus of the national art.
