In accordance with the decree of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, Batyr Niyazliyev Gurbanmyradovich who previously worked in the capacity of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation (Moscow).
