In the morning, Head of the State Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived to the place where new automobile bridge across the Karakum River at Tyaze Zaman living estate has been constructed.
The Chairperson of Mejlis, the Deputy Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, the heads of ministries and departments, military and law enforcement agencies, non-government organizations, the Hyakim of Ashgabat, numerous citizens of Ruhabat etrap have gathered there.

Formation of modern road and transport infrastructure is one of priority directions of the policy of the Head of the State. Making considerable investments to development of this sphere, our country establishes solid base for further improvement of national economy increasing its attractiveness for investments and favouring consolidation of mutually beneficial international cooperation.
Large-scale projects for fundamental modernization of transport and communication system are being successfully implemented. It is brightly evidenced by the put into operation of transnational railroad Kazakhstan – Turkmenistan – Iran, construction of Turkmenistan – Afghanistan – Tajikistan railway, which start was initiated by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
All main roads are almost completely reconstructed; new highways with all necessary infrastructure have been built and are continued to be constructed. Different engineering facilities like modern transport intersections, bridges and overpasses are being built along autobahns laid across the whole country. High quality of construction, reliability and long duration of modern roads are indisputable demand to contractors companies involved in this sphere.
The length of bridge, which construction was made with application of advanced engineering and technical developments, is 90 metres. The bridge is distinguished by its original architectural design with elements of modern design and national decoration. The width of the bridge is 13 metres and there are three lanes in each direction. Load capacity of the bridge is 480 tons. All surrounding territory is arranged.
New facilities meet all requirements by its technical specification. In particular, all climate and geological conditions, typical for our country, were taken into account during construction; seismic resistance of all construction was provided. Improved asphalt will provide high level of reliability and resistance to wear of road cover, traffic safety. Traffic lane markings is made from special solid materials.
All engineering communications including drainages, drip irrigation of trees planted there, electrical supply for technical needs and lightings are laid along the road. Besides, special constructions protecting the road from sand drifts are made there.
At the bridge, the Leader of the Nation was warmly greeted by the participants of previous event, the opening ceremony of power supply facilities and administration office and training centre of the world know American company «General Electric», Vice-President of «General Electric Power» for Europe, Russian, the CIS countries and Turkey Ricardo Cordoba, Director of Scientific Researches of the Bordeaux University (France), Professor, Doctor Anny Sasko, Senior Advisor of the Ministry of Economy of Lichtenstein, Associate Professor Atilla Dincer, Chairman of the European Fund of International Relations, Representative of the Austrian Energy Institute, Professor Leopold Kaiblinger.
The Leader of the Nation invited foreign guests to join him and go to new living estate, where complex of modern houses was being put into operation at the same time.
As is known, construction of modern living complexes, establishment of necessary conditions for improvement of life level and social protection of the population is always under permanent attention of the Head of the State. Two years ago, the opening of new living estate Tyaze Zaman, which construction was conducted according to the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan, was held. During the first and second phases of construction, 1385 buildings for 1554 families, local administration building, school for 800 pupils, three kindergartens for 240 children each, sport complex, shopping centre, celebration house, public services centre, fire station, telephone station, mosque and 3 public garden were built there.
The third phase includes the complex of social and other facilities. There are 443 one and two store living houses of several types (for one and two families) for 508 families. Optimum conditions and comfort for the tenants including spacious rooms with modern furniture, equipped kitchens and terraces are made there.
New houses are built taken into account special features of life style of Turkmen people. Each house has plot of land including garden, places to breed the livestock, garages, traditional hearth as well as necessary technical facilities.
Groceries and industrial shop with large choice of goods are at the disposal of the tenants. There is abundance of items at the shelves – fresh diaries, pastry, vegetables and fruits, melons, juices and soft drinks, children food, etc. At the same place, the villagers can buy clothes and household items at available price.
All conditions for harmonic development and interesting leisure of young pupils, taken into account the age of the kids, are established in two kindergartens for 240 children each, built in Tyaze Zaman living estate.
The Head of the State proceeded to one of two new school for 800 pupils each.

The classes for initial school and study of different disciplines like math, physics, biology, chemistry and other are provided with interactive and other special equipment topical visual aids. Well-equipped computer and language classes are at the disposal of the pupils. All necessary conditions for work study are established there. There are excellent gyms and sport grounds with good equipment for doing sport and physical training.
After, the Head of the State attended one of the classes of the first formers, for who this day became a big holiday. The Leader of the Nation studied in detail the learning process. The kids demonstrated their ability of reading and computer knowledge to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. The first formers expressed in verses their gratitude for paternal care of development of young generation to the Head of the State.
The participants of the event watched how the kids demonstrate their skills and practices of use of modern equipment. Anny Sasko highlighted that these young kids are beautiful future of Turkmenistan. Having noted great merit of the Turkmen Leader in establishment of conditions for modern education and harmonic development of young generation, the guest expressed the confidence that all of these would bring positive results in the nearest future.
After, the Head of the State, speaking to the kids and participants of the event, informed that joint picture would be a good present for the children.
Having left the entry in the Book of Honoured Guests, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov wished successes in work to the personnel of the scholl and dreams to become true to the children.
Having warmly said goodbye to the teachers and pupils, the Head of the State went to the territory allocated for garden zone.
There, young tenant of Tyaze Zaman has asked the President of Turkmenistan to plant a tree, Turkmen juniper, on occasion of this memorable event and give start to future park. All participants of the event joined planting of trees.
