Opening ceremony of new living estate, built under 14th phase of the capital development, has been held with participation of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

There, two rows of white marble high-rise buildings, twenty three 12-store 44 and 66-appartment living houses of high comfort with grocery and general items shop, as well as kindergarten for 160 kids, which was built specially for new tenants, have been erected.
On the occasion of the event, members of the government, leaders of Mejlis, ministries and departments, military and low enforcement agencies, ambassadors of foreign countries to Turkmenistan, heads of public organizations and mass media, the hyakim of Ashgabat and numerous guests including foreign businessmen gathered there.

Project and design of the buildings were developed together with members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and specialists of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of the country.
In addition to that, adjoin territory was beautified. Children playgrounds, sport fields, places for cultural and public events and celebrations as well as vehicle parkings appeared there. There are benches, flower gardens and street lightings. Great attention was paid to functionality of the constructions, balanced location of rest zones, walking and sport, living sections and social and living infrastructure.
Thus, shops, located on the ground floors of high-rise buildings, supplement each other by the variety of goods taking into account large supermarket placed nearby and provide walking distance to all kind of goods necessary for home and family.
Another feature of new constructions in the capital is that each house, besides street numbering, has its own name, which mentioned in the sign on top of the building. The same 66-appartment building was built for the State Concern “Turkmennebitgurlushyk”. The name of the house “Nebit-Gaz” (oil and gas) speaks of the belonging to the industry. There are also six shops including two groceries. There are stores for household items, textile, dress and electronics.
44-appartments living house «Söwda» was erected by the order of the Trade and Industry Chamber by “Cheper Gurlushyk” private entity. There are 22 three-rooms and 22 four-rooms apartment in the house. There are also different shops on the ground floor including tailor shop besides grocery stores, which present almost in every building.
Similar house for 44 appartments was built for the Ministry of Public Health and Medical Industry. Turkish company “Total Insaat” was the only one foreign company involved during this phase. According to the name of the building, “Health”, there are two pharmacies, medical equipment and medicinal plants stores.
Private enterprise “Aga Gurlushyk” built 66-appartments house by the request of the State Publishing Service. The top of the building is decorated with «Medeniýet-Sungat» sign. Local residents will be definetly attracted by the book store where new issues of domestic publishings can be purchased. Besides, the tenants can by food items, textile, ready made clothes without exiting the building. There are also carpet shop.
There are also building for 66 appartments for the Ministry of Industry at the neighbourhood, which was built by “Durly Yaz” private company. The name “Dokma Senagat” is a sign for those who want to buy quality products of domestic textile and carpet enterprises. Besides, there are fishery, household items and grocery stores, beauty parlour.
According to the order of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, five buildings for 44 appartments and five buildings for 66 appartments have been built.
Totally, 50 different shops including perfume, sport, musical instrument, tableware, automobile spare parts, furniture, paintings, fashion, carpet, building materials, household items, etc. are located on ground floors of ten living houses.
