The ceremony of awarding the Turkmenistanyn Garassyzlygynyn 25 yyllygyna bagyslanyp gecirilen dabaraly harby yorise gatnasyja Anniversary Medal to the specialists of military and law enforcement agencies, taken part in the military parade on occasion of the 25th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, was held on the territory of the Halk Hakydasy Memorial Complex.
In accordance with the instructions of President of Turkmenistan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces General of the Army Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who signed the relevant Decree, the high state awards were presented to the valorous defenders of the Fatherland in the solemn atmosphere.
The dignified successors to the glorious traditions of our brave ancestors - officers, soldiers, students, employees of military and law-enforcement agencies singled out for the award for their achievements in strengthening and defending the state independence, defending the territorial integrity and constitutional order of Turkmenistan, increasing the defensive capacity of our country, ensuring the safety and peace of citizens, brining up the defenders of the Fatherland in a spirit of courage and patriotism lined up on the square in front of the grandiose memorial complex erected in the south-western part of the Turkmen capital to worship the memory of the national heroes who laid their heads on different battlefields.
The military servants received the awards and took the patriotic oath, kneeling before the sacred banner.
