President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed his deepest condolences to Prime Minister of the Italian Republic Matteo Renzi over the human losses and serious damages as a result of a devastating earthquake in the country’s central regions.
In his message, the leader of the Turkmen state noted that the people of Turkmenistan expressed the sincere condolences and sympathy to Italy for the losses of life and destructions caused by the devastating earthquake and emphasized that following our ancestors’ traditions, Turkmenistan and its people were ready to render the necessary assistance to Italy in this difficult moment.
“Acting in accordance with these noble traditions, Turkmenistan is seeking to widening cooperation with the Italian Republic based on the principles of equality, mutual understanding and trust, which is a bright example of mutual support and mutual assistance between the two countries and peoples. I believe that the friendly relations and constructive partnership between our countries will further successfully develop. Turkmenistan and the Republic of Italy have all the possibilities to achieve it,” – said the President of Turkmenistan in his message.
Expressing the firm belief that the courageous Italian people will cope with the hardship and will take all necessary measures to ensure the further prosperity of the country, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov conveyed the words of sympathy and support to the families and friends of those killed and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.
