I would like to express our support to your country in the further development along the way of the political and humanitarian progress”.

“Special relations based on trust and friendship have been established between our states within the last 25 years. France supported the Turkmenistan’s policy of neutrality, which contributes to the peace and stability in the region, in the United Nations Organisation. Moreover, a number of French companies established reliable positions on the Turkmen market promoting modernization of the economic sphere”.

“Our relations have tremendous potential in all spheres, and in this regard, I would like to assure you in the willingness of France to enhance the partnership with Turkmenistan.”
