“Opportunities plus the character" - the theme of the training organized for business women, representing all the regions and the capital city. Experts in the field of national legislation, the tax service, as well as members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan familiarized the seminar participants with the basics of entrepreneurship.
As noted a favorable socio-economic climate for business development: improved national legislation, the tax system, the government adopted a special program to support small and medium-sized businesses, providing soft loans for farmers and industrial workers are established in our country. Between the Women's Union, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and the bank "Rysgal" are concluded a tripartite agreement aimed at supporting the initiative of women who want to start their own business. In accordance with the signed agreement of the bank "Rysgal" opens a credit line for women entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs of Mary, Lebap and Dashoguz regions attract a great interest of the beginners of businesswomen, the participants of the pilot projects of the Center of Business Women. Having opened businesses such as (sewing workshop, baking national breads, weaving carpets and rugs, cultivation of agricultural products, flowers). They are able not only to realize their entrepreneurial potential, but also raise social status, improve the financial situation of families. Support their entrepreneurial initiative contributes to the creation of new jobs.
The seminar also heard reports on aspects of the implementation of the National Action Plan on Gender Equality. Entrepreneurial spirit and dedication, determination and vision, loyalty and patriotism of the case, taking care of the younger generation, loyalty to family traditions - traits of our contemporaries, to play an increasingly active role in the economic and socio-political life of the country.
