The President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution approving the Regulations on the statutory public insurance of the civil legal liability of motorists (shipping forwarders) ahead of third parties.
The Traffic Police Supervision Service of the Ministry of Internal Services of Turkmenistan and other government authorities in charge for the registration of motor vehicles have to control the conclusion of contracts on the statutory public insurance of the civil legal liability ahead of third parties by motorists (shipping forwarders).
Jointly with the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan, the State Insurance Company and the Ministry of Finance have to prepare the proposals on the introduction of amendments to the legislation and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan for consideration within one month.
