Thousands of New Year's lights, kilometers of bright garlands and hundreds of LED strips decorated the white marble capital of Turkmenistan. The lights turn on with the onset of evening, and the city instantly turns into a wonderful fairy tale.

For example, the Cultural and entertainment center «Älem». Here, on the square in front of the largest indoor Ferris wheel, the main New Year tree of the country is traditionally located. This year, its height was 43 meters, which allowed the Ashgabat Christmas tree to top the rating of the tallest New Year trees among the CIS countries.

A real festive town unfolded in the center of the alley, the main decoration of which was also an elegant majestic Christmas tree.

Colorful New Year's decor is presented on the square in front of the State Circus of Turkmenistan. On New Year's Eve, festive concerts and performances by pop artists are held here.
