President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov held regular working session with participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, who is in charge of agricultural complex as well as with the hyakims of velayats and Ashgabat. During the session, the heads of administration of the regions and the capital reported on the situation at the sites under their supervision and fulfilment of the assignments given previously as well as on the readiness to winter season and preparation to forthcoming holidays – the Neutrality Day and New Year.

Having listened to the report, President of Turkmenistan noted the importance of responsible approach to planned agro technical activity on arable lands and livestock farms, having requested to hold under strict control the solution of these issues. Due to expected cold weather, Leader of the Nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the necessity of organisation of uninterrupted work of the heating systems in living houses, educational and children facilities of the velayat and proper functioning of electrical and gas supply to the population.

Durdiyev reported on the situation in the western region of the country including on measures undertaken for proper hibernation of the livestock in the farms as well as on coordinated work of heating systems. The Head of administration also reported on preparation to forthcoming holidays.
Having stressed the attention on agrotechnical activities undertaken on the fields of the velayat, the Leader of the nation requested to pay special attention to the readiness of agricultural equipment for sowing campaign of the next year. At the same time, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov requested the Hyakim to hold under control the issues for organization of hibernation of the livestock on proper level.
The President of Turkmenistan ordered to provide proper level of functioning of heating systems, supply of living houses, schools and kindergartens with electrical energy and natural gas.
