Volumes of the state investments in this section of agrarian branch are being increased, modern technologies and advanced practices are being introduced.
Formation of new production and economic relations in agricultural complex. Establishment of necessary benefits for cotton producers, all these are aimed at provision of interests of both the farmers and the Government. Establishment of optimum economic relations between them gave strong impulse to the development of cotton production.
Our state also pays special attention to seed-growing activity, the scientists of specialized research institute breed new highly productive, immune, precocious middle and fine fibre species of the cotton, which are distinguished by high quality and big output and implement it into production.
Modern enterprises for processing of seeding cotton were built in all regions of the country in accordance with international standards for improvement of quality of the seeds. At the same time, reconstruction and modernization of existing cotton processing facilities are carried out.
The cotton is one of the main export oriented agricultural productions in our country. Along with cotton production branch, every year, we improve the base of domestic textile industry, steadily increasing the volumes of processing of “white gold”.
Production of the variety of textile items of international standards is established owing to the joint ventures, founded with participation of foreign companies as well as to proper modern level of the management and marketing at these enterprises. Seed processing of this precious industrial crops is one of the most important directions of cotton production. Local oil-extracting factories, provided with top modern equipment and technologies, produce different types of competitive high quality goods.
