Turkmen athletes returned home with 19 medals from the 1st ITF Non-Olympic Taekwondo Championship of Central Asia, which was held in Tashkent.

The team of Turkmenistan was represented by 13 athletes who won a total of 10 gold, 2 silver and 7 bronze medals.

It is noteworthy that our team became the best in Central Asia in the discipline of demonstration performances among men and women, having received gold awards.

This achievement is the result of the successful implementation of the state policy aimed at making efforts and creating excellent conditions in the country for the training of professional athletes.
