Multifunctional hospital of the velayat for 836 patients, which is built by the Resolution of the Head of the State by the “Nahal” economic entity, includes numerous medical facilities, engineering networks and communication, autonomic system of water, heat, gas and electricity supply.
The facade of the first of three main 4-store medical treatment buildings was decorated with white attire. The newest technologies with application of modern materials and construction were used in the finishing of the building.
In July of this year, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during his working trip to Lebap velayat gave start to construction of modern living estate for medical personnel near the medical campus. Today, living complex for public health system personnel for 200 families is built along with construction of medical treatment buildings. Six 4-store high comfort accommodation buildings with spacious three- and four-room apartments as well as social and sport facilities will be built.
The medical city is planned to be put into operation in the end of 2017. It will be another sample of successful realization of the State programme “Health” and dynamic development of public health sphere. 46 new hospitals, houses of health and recreation centres, provided with modern medical equipment, were put into operation in Lebap velayat in 2008 – 2016.
