The results of the Open Mathematical Olympiad among university students (OMOUS-2023) have been summed up at the International University for the Humanities and Development.

According to the results of the mathematical competition, 29 winners and 149 prize-winners were determined.

20 gold medals in the individual competition were won by students of Turkmen universities - the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD), the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly and the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.

Students of IUHD and TSU named after Magtymguly have 2 more gold medals in team competitions.

37 silver and 63 bronze medals in the individual competition - the result of students of these universities, as well as the Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seydi, the Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan named after Oguzhan, the Military Institute of the Ministry of Defense of the country, the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of the country, Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction, Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan, Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D. Azady, Turkmen State Institute of Physical Culture and Sports, Turkmen Agricultural University named after. S.A. Nyyazov, the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and the Turkmen Agricultural Institute.

7 silver and 9 bronze medals were won by student teams of TUHD, TSU named after Magtumguly, IIR of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seydi, Institute of Economics and Management, Institute of Architecture and Construction, Engineering and Technology University named after Oguzhan and Energy Institute of our country.

7 winners of the Olympiad are participants from abroad. 5 gold medals (4 in the individual competition and 1 in the team competition) were won by students of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia). 2 gold medals in the individual competition were awarded to students of the University of Budapest named after Lorand Eötvös (Hungary) and the Autonomous University of Querétaro (Mexico).

10 silver and 15 bronze medals in the piggy bank of participants from Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Germany and Saudi Arabia.

In the team tournament 2 silver medals for students from Russia, 3 bronze medals for students from Uzbekistan and 1 more bronze medal for participants from Azerbaijan.

In addition, the combined team of Mexico, Hungary, Germany and Saudi Arabia also won silver. And the team of students from Turkmenistan, Russia and Azerbaijan was awarded the bronze medal.

The winners and prize-winners were awarded well-deserved medals and diplomas of the corresponding degrees during the solemn closing ceremony of the Olympiad.

Holding the Open Mathematical Olympiad among university students (OMOUS) the Capital International University for the Humanities and Development has been successfully practicing for the fourth year in a row. The intellectual competition allows you to significantly expand interuniversity interaction, make it the most fruitful and productive, as well as assess the level of students' preparation in the subject, identify the most capable and talented participants.
