A concert in honor of the International Children's Day was held in the concert hall of the Ashgabat Children's Art School №1. The pupils of the school this time performed together with the students of the Turkmen State College of Music named after Danatar Ovezov at the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Mai Kuliyeva.

The practice, when school pupils perform on the same stage with college students, and those, in turn, with conservatory students, quite often takes place in creative educational institutions. Its goal is to raise the bar of skill for all performers according to the principle – be equal to the best.

The performers were divided into stage hosts and guests. Kerimkhan Myalikgulyev, the host of the stage, was one of the first to perform, the strings of his dutar optimistically conveyed the melody of Kurban Kuliyev "Festive".

The concert program included works by Turkmen and European composers such as Sergei Rachmaninoff, Antonio Vivaldi, Schubert, Beethoven, Nury Halmamedov, Valery Saparov and others. The a cappella choir sounded harmoniously, the violin, flute, xylophone made wonderful sounds, the musicians of the kanunist ensemble transmitted national accents of melodies, the piano thundered from excess of feelings. Bakhshi Sahydursun Myatieva impressed with her performance, but, undoubtedly, the most beautiful performance was the aria from Mozart's opera "Don Giovanni", performed by college student Vepa Allashov and his teacher Lyala Arazdurdyeva.

The concert of gifted young musicians, dedicated to the celebration of International Children's Day, symbolized a stable peaceful life in our country, where the younger generation is given the opportunity to develop their abilities, make plans for the future and move towards their realization.
