At present, the workers of the fields in Kerki, Dyanev, Sayat, Charjev and Khalach districts of Lebap velayat are taking care of the cotton, on which the fate of the future harvest depends. And it is planned to harvest cotton from nearly 130 thousand hectares. The preparatory work was carried out in strict accordance with the agro-technical requirements.

Today, specialists organize cotton nutrition with mineral fertilizers. The use of high-performance equipment and modern agricultural towing mechanisms in this work, contributes to the effectiveness of the work carried out.

Line work has already been completed on the area of 70 thousand hectares, due to the work of farmers and the smooth operation of machinery.

A special contribution to the success of the activities belongs to the Etrap repair brigades of the agricultural production association.

It should be noted that along with the care of cotton in the velayat, appropriate agro-technical cleaning works has been also carried out, which also contributes to the normal growth of cotton.
