In order to the further improvement of the social and living conditions of citizens of Turkmenistan, in particular, to provide apartment houses to disabled persons and other citizens, who required special social protection, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Resolution, in accordance to which the administration of regions and the Turkmen capital will conclude contracts with local construction enterprises for the design and construction of four-storey apartment houses for disabled persons and other citizens, who required special social protection. The new social facilities will be put into operation in December, 2017.
