One of the enterprises that is equipped with modern equipment and makes a worthy contribution to increasing the power of the Motherland with its high-quality products is the Turkmenabat Cotton Spinning Company of Lebap Velayat.

Opened in 2009, this enterprise, which employs more than 500 people, is designed to produce 17.7 thousand tons of high-quality cotton yarn of various types. It is equipped with 20 cotton processing machines from the German company «Trutschler», 24 bending and 11 winding machines from the Italian company «Marzoli» and «Savia», respectively, as well as modern equipment made in Switzerland and Turkey.

It can be noted that the company, taking into account the needs of customers, produces about 34 types of yarn. The company also has a well-equipped laboratory that determines the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Since the beginning of this year, the company has produced 4 thousand 974 tons of high-quality cotton yarn. Here, over the eight months of this year, the plan has been fulfilled 110 percent. In accordance with demand, the enterprise has also begun work on the placement of finished products.

During the corresponding period, 3 thousand 988 tons of cotton yarn were sent to domestic markets and to foreign countries - in particular, to the UK, the Russian Federation and Turkey. Intensive work in this area is a clear example of the growth of the textile industry, which significantly contributes to the dynamic development of the country's national economy.
