Students of Turkmenistan are invited to participate in the annual subject Olympiads

The International University for the Humanities and Development has started registration of participants of the annual student Olympiads organized by the university with the support of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The capital university organizes six subject Olympiads for students of higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan. Those interested can apply to participate in one or more Olympiads. The number of applicants for participation from each university is not limited.

Registration of participants is open on the official website of the organizing university in the Academics/Competitions section.

A series of intellectual contests will be held from November 20 to 25 this year in online format in the following areas: Economics, Philosophy, Contemporary Turkmen Society, English for Specific Purposes, Chinese Language and Italian Language.

The six Olympiads will be organized alternately for six days, respectively. Each subject competition will consist of 1 round. The official languages of the Olympiads are Turkmen and English.

Depending on the direction of the Olympiad, the participants will unite in one group, and will also present two or three categories. For example, the participants of the Olympiad in Contemporary Turkmen Society will perform in a common team. The Olympiad in English for Specific Purposes will divide participants into three categories, according to their training profile in higher educational institutions: the first will include students of technical areas, the second one – students of humanities, the third will be those who study economics and management. The Chinese Language Olympiad will determine two groups of participants: those specializing in the study of the subject and those for whom Chinese is a non–core discipline.
